It's funny how the people that you need most can just stoically slip you away from their list of priorities. They told me I matter to them. They said that they care. But maybe those were their carefully crafted lies masked beneath the ugly truths. Where do I truly lie in your heart?
When you give me nothing, that's when it hurts the most.. Because you always said to me, you would be there. You said your arms will always be wide open for me. You said that.
But I guess you lied.
